1. Services Offered

aptlounge.com provides curated listings of luxury apartments, complete with high-resolution images, detailed descriptions, and availability information. All bookings are processed through our platform and are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Payments

Once you select an apartment, you may confirm your reservation by submitting the required information and payment. Prices are quoted in CHF and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

3.1 Extended Refund Block

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations requested more than 14 days before arrival, we offer a full refund of all payments made. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the total booking amount. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

aptlounge.com acts as an intermediary between the property owner and the guest. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay. We recommend guests secure their own travel insurance.

5. Data Protection

We collect and process personal information solely to facilitate bookings and improve your experience. We comply with applicable Swiss data protection regulations. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and trademarks displayed on aptlounge.com are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bern.
